The Life and Health Division of the Arkansas Insurance Department regulates life and health insurance in the State of Arkansas.  To that end, this division reviews forms, rates and advertising to ensure compliance with state law.  Original submissions and all related correspondence for filings where final disposition has been made are maintained by this Division. Filings are available for public inspection during normal business hours.  If possible, please make advance arrangements by calling (501) 371-2800 or (800) 282-9134.

The following contracts are reviewed by this division:  life, annuity, variable, guaranteed interest policies, equity indexed contracts, funeral insurance, credit life and disability, individual and group health, health maintenance organizations, disability income, long-term care, Medicare supplements, and supplemental benefits.
