The Life and Health Division of the Arkansas Insurance Department regulates life and health insurance in the State of Arkansas. The division reviews forms, rates and adversiting to ensure compliance with state law. The following contracts are reviewed by this Division: life, annuity, variable, guaranteed interest policies, equity indexed contracts, funeral insurance, credit life and disability, individual and group health, health maintenance organizations, disability income, long-term care, Medicare supplements, and supplemental benefits.
