RE: Renewal of Automobile Club Licenses

Dear Sir or Madam:

Your Company's status as a licensed motor club expires on April 1 of each year. In order for your Company to maintain its license, please submit the following:

• Current Audited financial statement.
• A check for $200 for the annual financial statement and license renewal fee.

Your renewal fee and financial statement must be submitted at the same time on or before April 1st. Upon receipt and review of the above requested information, we will issue your renewal certificate.
