To obtain forms or instructions for forms, please visit our Accounting Forms page If you have not previously registered to use EFT, please send email an to Pam.Looney@Arkansas.Govand list the following information:  

Contact will receive a new password each quarter to login to file online premium tax form(s). If you file online premium tax form(s) it is required that you make payment by ACH Credit Push method.

Quarterly Calendar:

1st  Quarter - Due May 15th

2nd Quarter - Due August 15th

3rd Quarter -  Due November 15th

     

  1. ACH Credit: Online filers must use ACH Credit to pay the taxes and fees associated with their filings. Your company will initiate funds from your bank account to the Arkansas Insurance Department bank account. ACH Credit EFT payments must be made first in order to complete the premium tax form filing on-line.  In the addenda record, enter your NAIC number and Company Name, when you do your bank transaction.

  1. Insurers cannot file forms online and mail a check separately to the Arkansas Insurance Department. Insurers are required to file forms online if they make EFT payment by ACH Credit. The ACH Credit EFT payment and filing of form online must be made the same day . 

 

  1. Only ACH Credits (‘push’ transactions) are accepted for payment. The account number and routing number to which payments must be made will be provided after login.

 

Assistance

If any insurance company is having trouble completing a filing please contact Insurance.Accounting@arkansas.gov

 

If any insurance company submits an ACH Credit payment in error please contact your bank to reverse the payment transaction. If the payment transaction cannot be reversed contact the Insurance Department at 501-371-2605 to request a refund of the amount.

Code Ann. Sections 23-66-201 et seq. A violation of the Trade Practices Act may result in action taken against you including, but not limited to, a hearing, the assessment of a monetary penalty, and the suspension or revocation of a company's Certificate of Authority.
