1. This World Wide Web (WWW) site is provided as a public service by the Arkansas Insurance Department (AID).  This Internet privacy policy statement is a description of AID's current practices and shall not be construed as a contractual undertaking. AID reserves the right to amend its Internet Privacy Policy and this statement at any time without notice. AID's privacy and public records obligations are governed solely by applicable Arkansas statutes, including, but not limited to, the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act (25-19-101 et all) and any applicable United States federal laws.

2. When you come to this web site to browse, our Web server automatically recognizes only the Internet domain and IP address from which you accessed the site.
